As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Strategy leader with over twenty years of experience, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in executive leadership, financial management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and corporate development.

With experience across a diverse range of industries, he has demonstrated a proven ability to drive organizational growth, navigate complex transactions, and establish robust governance frameworks.

Prior to joining Perdigon Group, Kevin held senior finance leadership roles in M&A advisory, tax compliance, and CFO advisory services. Kevin holds an MBA and several certifications including Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and Legal Mergers & Acquisitions (LM&A).
